For more than 20 years Laurie has carved a name for himself in the London and UK music scene as one of the most exciting and technically exposive drummers around. Working with some of the biggest names in UK jazz such as Robert Mitchell, Gilad Atzmon, Nicolas Meier, Jim Mullen, Dave O'Higgins, Andy Sheppard, Mike Mondesir, Zhenya Strigalev, Omar, Carl Orr, Sean Khan and touring with International artists such as Sy Smith, Zo and the grammy nominated hip hop/R&B group The Foreign Exchange.
As a founder member of the groups Preston, Glasgow, Lowe and Groove Razors, Laurie continues to push the boundaries of Jazz, Fusion, Funk and Rock.
